Recall information

Failure may occur on steering column lower splines due to an improper assembly of steering column to the rack and pinion. In some circumstances, this situation may result in a loss of steering control and possibly cause injuries or even death.

The fuel cap may not seal properly the fuel tank filler neck. Fuel vapors in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire.

In some circumstances, fuel vapors may exit the fuel vapor canister vent hose in the enclosed engine compartment. Fuel vapors in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire.

Some very specific riding terrains and conditions where the vehicle is driven in water (minimum of 310 mm, 12 inches deep) containing an important quantity of floating debris such as grass, hay and leaves may generate significant accumulation of debris in a short period of time in the exhaust area.

This notice is posted in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Act, the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act and other applicable laws. Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. and BRP US Inc. (“BRP“) are conducting a voluntary safety recall of certain ATV models.

In cooperation with Transport Canada and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. and BRP US Inc. ("BRP") are conducting a voluntary recall of certain 2010 OutlanderTM and RenegadeTM ATV models equipped with DPS as listed in the attached Safety Campaign Bulletin.

This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Act, the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act and other applicable laws.

In cooperation with Transport Canada and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. and BRP US Inc. ("BRP") are conducting a voluntary safety recall of certain 2008 and 2009 Can-Am ATV DS 90 X models.

WARN Industries Inc. informed Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. and BRP US Inc. (“BRP“), that the WARN* winches equipped with a "8 post contactor" installed on certain 2004 and 2005 XT Bombardier ATV models or sold as accessories may be defective and that they were conducting a safety recall in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, as specified in the attached Safety Recall Letter.

In cooperation with Transport Canada and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. and BRP US Inc. ("BRP") are conducting a voluntary safety recall of all 2006 and of some 2007 Outlander 650 and 800 ATV models.
