Bombardier Recreational Products announces ATV partnerships with top conservation organizations

Las Vegas, NV, February 2, 2002 - Bombardier Recreational Products has entered into a broad-based set of partnerships to support game conservation and habitat development in North America. Under the partnerships, announced at the 2002 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, National Wild Turkey Federation, the Quail Unlimited and Dove Sportsman's Society, Pheasants Forever and Delta Waterfowl will receive Bombardier® QuestTM and TraxterTM ATVs, habitat development implements and project funding to assist their preservation activities. Bombardier ATVs have been named the official ATV for each of the four organizations.

"These new relationships reflect both Bombardier's ongoing commitment to conserve the environment in which our recreational products operate, and the dedication expressed by many of our ATV customers to wildlife causes," said Pierre Arsenault, Vice President Marketing, Snowmobiles, Watercraft and ATVs of Bombardier Recreational Products. Bombardier, which entered the ATV market in 1998 with the award-winning Traxter, has rapidly expanded its line-up for outdoor recreation enthusiasts to 13 models for 2003. As comments from the leaders of each partner organization clearly indicate, the new partnership marks a coming of age milestone for Bombardier as a leader and innovator in the ATV industry.

On behalf of its 400,000 members, Rob Keck, CEO of the National Wild Turkey Federation stated that "In pursuit of our mission to expand the turkey population and preserve the hunting tradition, we choose our partners carefully.
